How do I get my refills?
Simply pack up any 2 empty 60L CO2 Canisters into our handy, reusable CO2 Refill Box, fold it shut, attach the prepaid mailing label to the Box, mail the Box back to us using USPS, and we’ll send you back 2 full Canisters. Once your order is processed, we charge you the exclusive membership rate of only $20.99 per Canister—shipping included!
Do I pay for shipping?
No, you’re thinking of that other company. With Soda Sense, you never pay shipping charges or late fees. Simply attach the prepaid mailing label to our CO2 Refill Box when you send us your empty Canisters, and the shipping is on us.
How do I become a member of the CO2 Refill Club?
You’re automatically enrolled as a member of our CO2 Refill Club once we process your initial order. When you need refills, simply place any 2 empty 60L CO2 Canisters in the CO2 Refill Box, mail the Box back to us using USPS, and we’ll send you back 2 full Canisters. Once your order is processed, we charge you the exclusive membership rate of only $20.99 per Canister—shipping included!
Where do I checkout for my refills?
After your initial purchase, we create an account for you and save your payment information, so future checkouts are handled automatically each time you mail us your empties for refilling. Once your CO2 Refill Box containing your empty Canisters is scanned at the USPS, we will send you two full Canisters at the exclusive membership rate of only $20.99 per Canister—shipping included!
Why do I need 3 canisters?
You can order as many full 60L CO2 Canisters as you wish, but our CO2 Refill Club refills 2 Canisters at a time, and we recommend you have at least 3 Canisters. With 3 Canisters, you can always have 1 full Canister in your soda maker while we’re refilling your other 2, to help ensure you never run out of bubbles.
