Try Both Recipes

The COCO2%

This bubbly delight is a (mostly) faithful reproduction of another classic concoction from those fondly remembered soda dispensaries of yesteryear.

*Please Note: Until you are at least 21 years of age, you are forbidden by law to read this and sample any of the bubbly delights in the Carbonarium.

You Will Need:

  • 8 oz. 2% low-fat milk
  • .75 oz. Monin Gourmet Dark Chocolate Sauce
  • 1 dash of ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. of vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp. of sugar
  • 1 tsp. Lactart
  • 1 can of aerosolized whipped cream
  • 1 oz. of dark rum (optional)
  • 1 soda fountain glass (an ice cream sundae glass will do in a pinch.)
  • 1 paper soda straw

Please note: The amounts of the ingredients are appropriate for one serving. Use mathematics to multiply the quantities of these ingredients times the number of guests.

How to Make the COCO2%:

  1. Stir all ingredients together thoroughly in a large soda fountain glass.
  2. Pour the contents into your Soda Sensei plastic bottle.
  3. Carbonate!
  4. Pour into a tall, chilled soda fountain glass.
  5. Top with whipped cream.
  6. Don’t be stingy with the whipped cream.
  7. Place remainder of whipped cream in fridge to eat later directly from can in front of TV.
  8. Impale with colorful paper straw and serve.
