Ingredients

  • 12 oz Apriums
  • 150 g Sugar
  • .25 cup Water
  • .25 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • Sparkling Water
  • Soda Maker (Any kind!)

Instructions

Step 1

To begin your recipe, pit and mash your apriums. Transfer them to a jar along with sugar. Allow this to sit for 2 hours in the fridge until the sugar is dissolved. Then remove your mixture from the fridge and mix with water and lemon juice over a small pot on the stove. Stir over low heat for between 5-7 mins.

Step 2

Once your mixture has cooled down, remove it from the stove and filter through a cheesecloth and funnel your aprium syrup into a sealed container and store in the fridge for up to 1 month.

Step 3

To make your Aprium Soda, add 1-2 oz of aprium syrup in a glass filled with ice, and top it off with 6 to 8 ounces of sparkling water. Please note that we highly recommend making your own sparkling water. This is because it pairs exceptionally well without the additional minerals or flavors typically found in store-bought club sodas or flavored seltzers.
