Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup Apple Juice
  • 5 g of Agave
  • 0.5 strips of Orange Zest
  • 0.5 Cinnamon Stick
  • 0.06 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 Whole Cloves
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Additional Cinnamon Sticks and Orange Peels for Garnish (optional)
  • 6 oz of Sparkling Water
  • Soda Machine (any kind!)

Instructions

Step 1

Combine apple juice, sugar, orange zest, cinnamon sticks, allspice berries, and clove in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat until syrupy, which usually takes around 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 2

Stir in the lemon juice, adding a refreshing citrus twist to the mixture. Allow the mixture to cool completely before proceeding.

Step 3

Finally, pour the cooled syrup over ice and then top with homemade seltzer from your soda maker for a delightful and fizzy, fall beverage. Enjoy!
