Ingredients

  • 1 oz fresh Lemon Juice
  • 30 g Water
  • 30 g Cane Sugar
  • 2 g Lemon Zest
  • 6 oz Sparkling Water
  • Soda Machine (any kind!)

Instructions

Step 1

Zest 1 lemon and then squeeze lemons to obtain the desired serving size of lemon juice. Add lemon juice, lemon zest, sugar, and water to a small pot. Heat over medium heat and bring to a boil. Allow to simmer for 15 mins.

Step 2

Once the syrup is cooled, strain and filter into a sealable container and store in the fridge for up to 1 month.

Step 3

To make your Lemon Soda, pour 1.5 oz of the lemon syrup into a glass. Then, top your glass off with fresh, homemade sparkling water from your soda maker and gently stir to combine. Typically 6 oz of sparkling water. Garnish with fresh lemon wheels and serve immediately.
